In Your Image Consulting was built in 2018 by Heather Haas.

She started looking at brand management under a new lens in how both vendors and brokers go about managing the business of selling to Kroger. IYI was born over a lunch Heather had with a couple of friends also in the Kroger business. The discussion centered around not only doing business with integrity, but also how the needs of vendors have changed regarding doing business with the Kroger Company.

She noticed that there were many vendors that were desperately in need of assistance in getting through the many confusing levels of being a supplier to Kroger, but they were not getting the customer service they should be from the brokerage companies out there currently. Then one trusted friend stated, "You need to start your own company and do it in your image."

Heather Haas is a native Ohioan that currently resides in Cincinnati with her husband, sons and furkids. She started building her Kroger portfolio as a member of the Pilot team of Kroger's Program Mercury, not only did she help build Kroger's VIP and 1WorldSync portals, she was also hands on with many of the Kroger systems that Kroger is built on. Because of this valuable experience, she found herself once again placed inside Kroger GO working alongside the Category Management teams as a Multicultural Business Analyst. By this time Heather had decided that she wanted to learn about ALL the pieces that go into selling into Kroger. With that she added invaluable experience at DPI Specialty Foods as the Grocery Category Coordinator for the Kroger Account, was an SSP as well as an Account Executive for a major Sales and Marketing Company.

She has built her professional life around serving The Kroger Company and the varying channels to become a trusted professional within the wide world of The Kroger Company.
